ORDER, PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT
Aliita’s team always tries to pack up and ship all the orders as soon as possible, however the shipping timing may vary depending on the destination so consider from 2 to 5 working days to deliver the order. If you place an order before 11.00am (during working days) we will apply “same day delivery” in Milan using eco-green bike courier for deliveries.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to choose a specific day or time in which you want to receive your order. In any case you can contact DHL directly by phone at 199.199.34 (only from Italy, outside Italy there’s a live chat in DHL website) and with the tracking number you can schedule with them a possible delivery time/day.
The cost of the shipping in Europe goes from 10€ to 30€ depending on duties and taxes, for the rest of the countries the cost is 25USD. All the deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, bank holidays excluded.
If you live in Milan and you place an order within 11.00am in a working day, your Aliita jewel will be carried by a total green bike courier. In Milan your Aliita Jewel will arrive the same day.
For all the other destinations Aliita uses DHL as courier company.

Yes, you can return your Aliita jewel in 14 days starting from the order date. You should just fill the module you find below. You have to verify that the jewels you want to return have the same quality condition that they had at the moment you’ve received them and also they need to have all the packaging materials so that you can ship everything in the same way as you’ve received it.
Aliita reserves the right to verify the conditions of the jewels and the existence of what mentioned before. If all the points are not adequately satisfied, the refund won’t be applied, and you will get the product back.
Once the order has been placed it can be modified if it has not been shipped yet by writing an e-mail promptly at the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the changing required referred to the order number. If the order has already been shipped it can’t be modified but you can proceed with the return (see question 1). Aliita reserves the right to don’t accept the changings if they are not feasible.
You can get your money refund usually within 7 working days starting from the day in which Aliita has received the jewel and accepted it for the return. The amount will include only the jewel value (shipping cost are excluded) and the credit will be transferred to the same payment method used to purchase the product. For security reason, no other refund methods are accepted.
If you had an order confirmation number at the end of the payment procedure, then you don’t have to worry because we had received your order but probably the confirmation e-mail is in your-- spam or you have inserted a wrong/incorrect email address. In case you don’t have any order number it might happened that the purchase hasn’t been finalized so you can write an e-mail to email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
Aliita’s jewels are totally made in Italy and their composition is 100% gold (yellow or white) 9kt or 18kt. Aliita’s production is made in the most historical and famous jewellery district in Italy (Milan, Valenza,
Vicenza and Arezzo) where the jewellery experts and major know-how comes from. Regarding our stones, Aliita uses only natural precious stones which almost all are cut in Italy except for a small part that is cut in India.
Since Aliita’s jewels are handmade, it’s very difficult to find two of them completely equal and this is the reason why even small imperfections are not considered defective but expressions of the extremely high craftsmanship of our goldsmith and the naturalness of our stones. Aliita’s jewels, even if they are worn daily, don’t need a particular attention than what normally gold jewellery. In any case, you have to consider that normal everyday use and external agents such as those
present in the atmosphere, cosmetics, humidity and perspiration, may reduce the surface sheen of gold as well as the sparkle of precious stones and diamonds when they come into contact with jewellery.
After each use, it would be a good habit to keep jewellery in a dry place, separately stored in the pouches we gave you, away from heat sources and, more in general, protected from harmful agents.
Our cords are 100% natural cotton, therefore it is advisable to avoid any contact with external agents such as water (especially sea salt water), soap, cosmetics, perfume, detergents, chlorine and any other substances that may cause the colour to fade or the cord to ruin. Please notice since cotton is a natural fiber, they will naturally deteriorate with the normal use.
In case your cotton cord will break or gets ruined don’t worry, you can buy a new one of the colour you prefer for 10€ (shipping excluded)
Aliita’s ring are very particular in their shapes so it could happen that a size doesn’t fit perfectly. The resizing of a ring, also depending on the difference between the starting size and the end size requested, is often a delicate intervention that risks compromising the integrity of the jewel.
Our dedicated size guide tries to help during the purchase but, if you bought a ring that is too big or too small, you can ask for a size change within 14 days of the order day and we’ll give you a new ring of the size requested. The change timing may vary depending on the stock availability.
We can also consider to have a made-to-measure ring (depending on models), you can ask your request by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check if it’s feasible. This personal service excludes the possibility to return the item. The cost is 30€.
Aliita has chosen the perfect match jewel-colour cord to enhance the beauty of its jewels, but if you prefer to have another color combination, you can write an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and the colour cord you wish, without any added cost. The time to realize the new cord bracelet may vary depending on the colours availability. Therefore, if you already know that you’d like to have a particular one, write it to us and we will immediately process it for you.
